Amongst the rock pools of Newport Beach. A week ago in Sydney.
With the weather being so nice at Newport Beach, clambering around rock pools has to be the the last thing on anyone's mind. But I do it because there are always surprises and discoveries waiting to be found, and unlike the coasts of Great Britain, you tend to find things living in the rock pools around the coasts of Sydney and Queensland. Sometimes there could be the odd starfish, crab or even a little fish swimming around. Unfortunately this was not the case, but I was able to take some nice macro shots using my sister's digital camera.
