Favourite Music
I've been listening to more Live than U2 lately (a big surprise for anyone that knows me as a U2 fan), so they are my current favourite. Live has been coined "the poor man's version of U2" - I think it's because their tickets are cheaper. I think Live delivers the punches where it counts, while U2 finds strengths in their lyrics and rhythm. Additionally, Live's "Overcome" was the choice cover song for the 9/11 tragedy. I also listen to Evanescence, INXS, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and REM.
- Favourite albums are Secret Samadhi and Throwing Copper by Live.
- Favourite single is With or Without You by U2.
- Favourite B-Side is Spanish Eyes by U2.
- Favourite outtakes are Deeper and Don't Wait by Live.
- Favourite concert is Live's Distance tour, Sydney 2000 and U2's Elevation Tour, Paris 2001.
- Worst concert is U2's Popmart, Sydney, February 1998.
